These terms are an agreement between you and [operator name not configured] (“we”) for using ReleaseCrew. By signing in you accept them.
What ReleaseCrew does
ReleaseCrew reads releases from a repository you connect, drafts launch assets for them, publishes the ones you approve through accounts you connect, and reports results from services you connect.
Approval
ReleaseCrew publishes only the exact version of an asset you approved, or what you have explicitly allowed through an autopilot grant for that channel. You can revoke a grant at any time. You are responsible for what you approve, as the author of those posts, emails and pull requests.
Your accounts and content
- You must be allowed to connect the repositories and accounts you connect, and keep them secure.
- You must follow the rules of the services ReleaseCrew acts on for you, including X's rules on automation and the law on email: send product emails only to people you may contact, and honour unsubscribes.
- Outreach is one-to-one and capped per day. Don't use ReleaseCrew for spam or bulk messaging.
- You keep all rights to your code and content. You let us process them only to provide the service.
Your AI subscription
Drafts are generated by the runner on your computer with your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription. Your use of that subscription is governed by your agreement with its provider.
Plans and payment
Detection and drafts are free. Execution and results need the paid plan, billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, execution pauses until it is resolved.
The paid plan includes 10 launches per calendar month (UTC), counted when a launch first sends anything; unused launches don't carry over. A first subscription may start with a 14-day free trial that includes 2 launches and needs no card; it ends unless you add a payment method. Founding-member prices stay as agreed for as long as that subscription stays active.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ReleaseCrew available and correct, but provide it as is, without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. Results are reported as correlation within a time window, not proof of cause. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We will tell you about material changes to these terms before they take effect.
Contact
[operator name not configured], [operator address not configured], [contact email not configured]. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, except where mandatory consumer law of your country applies.
